A combined 18.62% is contributed each year toward an employee's Wyoming retirement plan, which is a pension plan. The district contributes 14.94% of the plan, while the employee contributes 3.68%. 

For example, a first-year teacher will save about $9,775 in retirement in their first year. The teacher pays $1,932 and the district pays $7,843.50. For more information about the district's retirement/pension plan, visit retirement.wyo.gov. 

Employees may also choose to set aside extra money for retirement through an optional 403(b) plan. 

Employees may choose to opt in to our annual wellness screenings. 

The free screenings take place each year and include a blood draw and blood pressure check so workers can keep tabs on their own health. Along with notifying employees of potential life-threatening health issues, participation in the wellness screenings also saves employees $75/month on health insurance, which totals $900 saved per person each year. Savings could total up to $1,800 a year on district health insurance, if an employee's spouse participates. 

If an employee is not on the district's health insurance, they can still receive a free blood draw and blood pressure screening each year. 

Individual and family counseling services are available to Campbell County School District employees at no charge for the first three counseling sessions through Magellan Employee Assistance Program. The visits are completely confidential and you can find out more by calling Magellan at 1-800-523-5668.

New this year, employees on the district's health insurance also receive access to ReviveHealth, a membership program that provides virtual primary care, urgent care and mental health therapy at no extra cost. More than 1,000 generic medications also are included and available through ReviveHealth for free.
